Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card or payment is needed. If you choose a plan, the first charge is taken when the trial ends, never during it.

2. Cancel Anytime

• Cancel from Account & Plan in two clicks. There is no cancellation charge.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Nothing is deleted when you cancel. After the paid period ends your account becomes read-only: every case, saved order and diary entry stays safe and readable.

3. 7-Day Refund

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any charge, with no questions asked.
• Write to alerts.legalzoo@gmail.com from your account email with the receipt number shown in Account & Plan.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app usually shows the refund within 5–7 working days, within the timelines set by the Reserve Bank of India.
• After a refund the plan for that period ends, and your account becomes read-only with all data kept.

4. Prices & Receipts

Plan prices are the full amount you pay. No GST is charged. LegalZoo, operated by Haaris, individual proprietor, not registered under GST. Every payment gets a payment receipt in Account & Plan.
